This story touched my heart in so many ways. It is hard on multiple levels to lay out our sins for the world to see. Shame and guilt can wreak havoc on our spirits and make us desperately hide our sins. The problem with hiding our sin after we have confessed it and repented is we rob God of the glory He receives after making us new. Brenna gives God glory by sharing her story and being fully transparent about the experience. She even wrote a book called, From Lover to Beloved. There is hope after an affair, and a God can do more marvelous things within a broken relationship.

When we make huge mistakes in our lives it’s easy to run away from God because we think He could never forgive us. Brenna Naufel, from Colorado Springs, Colorado, is real and raw as she shares her story of infidelity and how God’s unlimited grace and love brought her to a new relationship with Him and her husband.
